Gorgeous huge “palatial” room

I had an amazing experience at Highcrest! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Lava xan , kak Safwan, and Kak Renas for their outstanding hospitality and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, and the entire hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. I highly recommend Highcrest and will definitely be returning. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by Mr.Safwan He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to ensure my stay was perfect. From the smooth check-in process to his helpful recommendations, he truly made me feel at home. Thank you for making my visit so memorable! I loved my room and all the facilities were great.

The hotel staff can work on the way they handle misunderstandings with guests. I witnessed an unfriendly approach from security.

Staff at reception and at the breakfast area were very kind, friendly and professional.

My room’s carpet was very dirty. They have the rudest security guard, Nebaz! My two friends and I were at the hotel to enjoy my 54th birthday. The next morning we were running a bit late and decided to let our driver enjoy breakfast at the hotel while we quickly finish packing, etc. I met the driver in the hotel’s lobby and mentioned to the one staff member that we are going for breakfast. As we got in the elevator this Nebaz started shouting rudely at us as he rushed over towards us in the elevator. He was shouting in Kurdish, I had no idea what was going on. The driver (a young 20+ year old boy) walked to the lovely lady at reception and spoke to her). He informed me that he told her he’s going for breakfast… A staff member accompanied us in the elevator to the breakfast area (he apologized for the embarrassment we suffered due to this rude security guard). If there was some policy, nothing prevented Nebaz from respectfully approaching us to check where this young boy was going! I have never experienced such rude, disrespectful and embarrassing behaviour- everyone in the lobby were looking at us!
