great food as part of the half board package the staff were very friendly superb location spacious mezzanine room with south facing balcony

Location

Everything else- ski room hard to reach downstairs ,pillows , mattress to hard ,lack of maintenance ,run down ,breakfast and dinner kind of poor at the dinner no salat bar no fridge and safe in the room no disturb sign on door handle

We loved our time here - the bed was so comfortable we could sleep for hours, balcony nice for warm spring skiing sitting outside, and location so convenient for getting to the slopes, restaurants, and bars. Breakfast was nice and no complaints from us would stay again!

Amazing breakfast, the location (on the slopes) is perfect, nice and helpful staff, the interior is beautiful, very good value for money.

The bathrooms could use some renovation.

The manager making is feel bad because he believe that vegetarian is an allergy

The location is excellent, and the breakfast just about ok, but sadly this is all that can be said.

The hotel is in desperate need of a refurb (other than reception area which is nice), its noisy, smelly, dated, and many faults within the room such as broken balcony doors, broken locks on toilet, damage to the room etc. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep. The pictures provided are miss-leading, which make the hotel look comfortable an cozy. There are no facilities/entertainment at the hotel to enjoy, with the swimming pool closed in winter. We also did not receive the room that we booked and had little choice as the hotel was full. the restaurant is also consistently fully booked unless you arrange well in advance. It would make sense to reserve space for guests, especially on their first night ahead of travelling.
