Location was very convenient and the bed was comfortable in a spacious room with good facilities, including a small fridge.

I didn't think the lack of aircon would be a problem, but the room was too warm on the last night. The fan provided merely moves warm air around the room. Opening the window then let in the continuous noise of a nearby extractor fan, so this wasn't much help either. In my view (and this is a common issue across hotels, not specific to here) is that providing a single top sheet as well as a duvet means you don't roast.

When we got into the room it was so cold no heating on and took a long time to get warm

Family room was spacious with a bedroom and living room (with single bed and double sofa bed), there was also a small fridge, the property was clean and warm.

The shower had a rainfall shower head which was in need of limescale removal, there was also no additional hose shower for rinsing off. But that was only a minor detail.

Local and easy access

Very cold heater didn’t work and one of the bed lights, Loud music downstairs from pub and rooms till midnight.

Excellent location. Easy to access with the codes emailed. Lovely big room. Clean and comfortable bed.

Only a couple of issues you may not be aware of. (Room 1) the sink seems a little blocked, one of the bed side lights not working, towel rail didn't work, couldn't figure out the heating. Apart from that brilliant, tv seemed far away but really not much can be done obviously, and I've been watching far too much four in a bed, so a full length mirror would be a bonus. Overall a really lovely experience.

Communication is poor The room was ok the fridge was loud And the music from down stairs was a joke it said in the booking rooms soundproofing Sheets where marked And people who i think live there on the fist floor are so loud and no. Respect for time they make the noise

The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was brilliant, the location (assuming you want to be in Waterlooville!) was perfect. It was all great......

........until I remembered the "warning" that the rooms were above a bar! The noise from below, which mercifully finished at 10:30 (on a routine Thursday night) was VERY loud. I had been warned!
