Accueil, décoration, bien situé

Very lovely and comfortable hotel. Air con a godsend in the middle of summer with a heatwave. Staff pleasant. Its not staffed after 20:00, but you are well informed about getting back into the hotel, so this caused no issues. Great breakfast with good allergen information, something that has been lacking in other hotels we have stayed at in France. Made it very easy for my husband who can't have dairy. We sadly didn’t get a chance to use the pool due to time constraints, but it looked very good. Rooms manage to both feel modern and updated while also having a rustic feel. Amazing shower.

Missed having a small fridge to keep snacks and drinks in. Air con is timed to turn off during the night and can't easily be turned back on again. Only a problem for me as I'd prefer to sleep in a walk in fridge. Husband did not notice.

Ubicación, y el concepto del hotel ( madera ; montaña, acogedor)

El aire acondicionado ya desde el principio enfriaba poco, a la hora dejo de funcionar y solo se podía usar el modo ventilador , removiendo el aire caliente. Además, el hotel no cuenta con horario amplio de recepción, con lo que tampoco puedes acudir a nadie físicamente para pedir que te ayuden en ningún caso.

Sajnos nem működött a légkondi, túl meleg volt.

Goede en prettige ontvangst. Ruime familiekamer met balkon, schoon. Heerlijk genoten van het zwembad. Uitstekend ontbijt.
