Hotel Plazha Express

Location close to the ADO bus station. We arrived after a very long trip at midnight. It was a quick walk across the road to the hotel. Room was clean and beds rather comfortable. Good value. Helpful staff. OK for a short stay, especially if traveling by ADO or OCC buses.

No hair dryer. Thin walls.

Excellent location when traveling by ADO-bus! The ADO station is right next to the hotel. Very convenient if you need a stay-over between travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, the staff are hard working (even though the property’s policies felt shaming/discriminatory to women)

- I was allergic to the cleaning products and detergent - It was quite noisy as the walls weren’t soundproof and you could hear everyone from the other rooms talking at all hours. - Far from the center - Upon leaving a man inspected my room, found a period stain, and brought them out to the lobby for everyone to see (staff, taxi driver, men). I was told that I needed to pay for the sheet or wait until it was cleaned to leave (which delayed my taxi). I don’t want to fault that staff (she ended up giving my deposit back) but this policy is discriminatory against women and lacks discretion. There are ways to go about things without shaming your guests publicly. I wrote this to hold the owner accountable to treat women with dignity and, discretion, and respect (especially if they are traveling solo). When I reached out for a response from the owner I got no response.

The personal is very helpful and the room is very clean.

A lot of noise from hallway and other rooms. It is probably caused by thin ceilings.
