Chambres spacieuses, modernes et propreté irréprochables. Le petit déjeuner au Enorme Theatro était succulent. On a aimé le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel qui sont toujours là pour le client avec un sourire et aident avec plaisir en cas de besoin.

Il faut être difficile de trouver quelque chose qu'on aime pas. Tout était parfait.

La chambre était magnifique, très pratique,propre Le personnel est vraiment très très sympa et franchement, si vous ne parlez pas la langue, servez-vous de Google Traduction , un vrai plaisir de pouvoir échanger avec eux. Ils sont d’une grande gentillesse et nous avons été super bien accueilli . Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose ,ils sont là pour vous l’apporter.

"Very comfortable stay near Heraklion - be aware of the sister hotel setup"

Great apartment, separate bedroom and large shower. Very nice balcony with sea view. Just a few minutes away from the beach, and from the main street with restaurants and shops. We stayed two nights before flying back and were very happy.

Just to note that all hotel facilities are located 3 minutes walking in the sister hotel "Enorme Teatro"; that includes pool, bar, breakfast and beach access. Enorme Teatro is generally a beautiful beach club, but unfortunately staff there is very inexperienced and slow. Breakfast is served and took a long time to get to our table. Waiters generally seemed uncoordinated, and one spilled a whole cocktail over us and did very little to help us clean up.
