The room was very clean, the staff super friendly and the existence of the tunnel to get directly to the lake from the property without having to cross the busy street was a great feature. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety to satisfy every preference and empty dishes were refilled immediately.

The room was way smaller than pictured. Even though the shower cabin was big, the bathroom itself was tiny. The pillows were the most uncomfortable ones we’ve ever slept on (hard like a brick but flat). We had purposely chosen partly lake view, but that meant (besides the partly lake view) also backyard-vibe-laundry-view and smoking staff (or guests?) under our balcony. The property itself seemed aged even though the hallways of the upper floors looked like they had been redone and upgraded to a more modern look.
