Auffallend freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer, modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Super leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Familiär geführtes Hotel, schöner Garten, insgesamt eine gepflegte Anlage. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.

The hotel, quite outdated, was pretty clean and nice. The breakfast was diverse and the rooms were comfortable. It was my birthday, and the owners were kind enough to give us a glass of Prosecco. The location is amazing, right to the lake.

The parking was really packed and tight, was very difficult to park the car. We arrived at 10pm and apparently everyone gets a specific spot after checking-in. The owner was rushing us to park it at the right spot right away, even though we had already taken all our bags out and it’d take 2 minutes to leave the stuff in the room. Felt a bit unpleasant. Also, everyone there speaks better German than English, so it was hard to understand anything. The balcony chairs and table were in a very bad state, couldn’t enjoy at all sitting there.

Kaputte Klospühlung wurde nicht repariert.

Das familiengeführte Hotel besticht durch seine Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und liebevoll hervorragendes Frühstück. Es widerspiegelt den Charme des Gardasees den man sich vorstellt. Der Hauch von Dolce Vita lässt sich hier noch spüren.
