Great hotel , professional , attentive staff. Well equipped room Nice bar & restaurant Sunday lunch was excellent

Pillows were a bit soft but a personal preference. Noise from kitchen pipework directly outside our window (Barnett room) but did stop at 10 pm so didn’t impact our stay too much

We had an excellent one night stay. Room had everything you need, a huge bed and spotlessly clean. Superb breakfast. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

"Beautiful bedrooms in historic building in the heart of the Hope valley"

Brilliant location 5 minutes from the Longshaw Estate Beautiful spacious room (junior suite) huge bed and large windows with stunning views of the valley. Luxurious large freestanding bath perfect for 2 Delicious breakfast with quality local produce. Birthday gift and note. Lots of choice of both food and drinks in the restaurant. Tasty and generous Sunday dinner.

Service was a little slow at breakfast. Hotel guests should get a glass of orange juice and a hot drink at breakfast.
