Albergo Casa Del Pellegrino

This is a hotel catering to religious pilgrims visiting the adjacent grotto of the Archangel Michael. The proximity to the shrine is great and the location in the city also terrific.

This was a very clean and even more basic hotel. Given the location, it could be so much more.

Basic is fine, though the beds are extremely terrible.

Very nice people working there. Good place for retreat.

Breakfast should be better. Dry bread is ot good solution. Anyway I don;t go there to eat this kind of bread. In the cave there is the best.

Excellent selection and service at both breakfast and dinner.

Proximity To The Sanctuary of St.Michael.: The Angel of The Bread Of Eternal Life Come Down From Heaven And Thus The Inner Perception of Being Where I Want To Be Eternally : In Existential Embrace of I AM WHO AM : THE HOLY TRINITY, Holy Angelic-Like.

It's more than adequate for a humble pilgrim. It's a very good location, a short walk from the two UNESCO world heritage sites in the area. The location is also not far from the trailhead leading in from San Giovanni Rotondo. The fresh croissant. hot chocolate, and the cup of yogurt offered at breakfast are appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at Albergo Casa Del Pellegrino for one night in Monte Sant’Angelo. The experience was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the sacred Cave of Saint Michael, which added a special spiritual touch to my visit. The atmosphere of the entire trip was peaceful and holy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting this blessed town!
