The premises are a combination of contemporary and traditional Gk . island architecture. Stunning location and views. Staff were extra hospitable ,friendly and attentive to every need.

The studios are exceptional, clean, comfortable, one of the studios has a great view form the balcony as the four of them have a view only from a small balcony accessed by steep staircase. The best of this accommodation is the staff. The lady at the reception, Maria, takes a great care of the guests and helps with all you may need during your vacation. She is very polite, resourceful and amazing in every aspect!

Beautiful apartments, only a stone's throw away from Livadi beach, which we loved for its tranquil mood and waters. The apartment was immaculate and really made our holiday! Maria at the reception helped us with everything, making our stay as smooth as possible. Would definitely go back!

Minimal but beautiful decoration, spacious suite.very clean and very well equipped. Location is great, 3 minutes walk from Livadi, 5 minutes drive from Chora. We mostly appreciated the friendliness and the willingness of the staff (excursions/restaurant reservations)

Everything was great!

The apartment was amazingly decorated - fresh & clean every day with very very comfortable bed ,spacious living room - kitchen tools for eating in or just having breakfast & coffee at home before heading to the beach ! Our amazing host Maria, was very helpful, polite , positive and provided us with the best advice. She even assisted us with booking a table to one the best restaurants of Astypalaia and also insisted on booking the boat beach tour to Kounoupa island (amazing) on the right day of our trip (which was depending on the weather) ! Her sense of sur mesure information and overall assistance was a huge plus to our perfect 7 days stay on the island ! Would come back for sure and would love to stay in one of those beautiful rooms again. The location of the hotel was also very convenient really close to the Chora of Astypalaia (5 mins by car) no parking fuss as there is a lot of space. We also loved the beach of Livadi where there are many traditional restaurants, chill beach bars and the beach was clean with crystal waters and calm even during windy days. Last but not least even if you there is only partial sea view from the balcony - there is a private patio above every room with a great view of the Astypalea Castle where you can enjoy a glass of wine at night (bottle of wine offered by the host as a welcome) !
