- truly a villa, beautiful spacious recently renovated, very nice ambiance - very caring, attentive, kind and helpful personell - good breakfast delivered at the door in the morning - peaceful and quiet neighbourhood

- annoying blue light on a control panel on one of the walls - I was expecting room cleaning at least once in the 4 nights we spent, but that is most likely just my misunderstanding

Villa Unterswand in Grünau im Almtal, Austria, offers an okay-sized room with open wardrobe, fridge, coffee machine, and a sofa. The bathroom is spacious, featuring modern technology including an electric heated panel. The area is quiet, offering parking and stargazing opportunities.

However, the pricing is significantly high for what's offered, especially considering the absence of breakfast and the room's view of a parking wall. The WiFi connection is poor, side lamps were faulty, and the owner's lack of English added to the communication challenge. The distance from the lakes and the unsettling twin beds that constantly moved were further negatives.

this is a beautifully renovated house in a lovely and peaceful valley. the room was nicely arranged and we had everything needed. very good breakfast at the Dorfcaffe, 15’ walk from the house. communication over the booking com app worked smoothly. very friendly and helpful contact person.

the theoretically independent checkin was a bit strange, but an issue we had with entering the room was quickly solved. not very found of the the need to install yet another app on my phone to be able to access the house/room.
