Verticca Hotel

Very clean and looks new, smells great, every where you go, in the hotel. The complementary breakfast, out of this world, a lot of options, you get coffee bread , then when you order your plate they bring you fruit, on a plate , loved it, the personnel very nice and friendly . Over all love this hotel, if I'm in the area , I will definitely stay there again , without a doubt!!!

No respetan lo ofrecido en EXPEDIA, te dicen que incluye traslado HACIA/DESDE EL AEROPUERTO y no es verdad SOLO te dan 1 servicio. Al llegar le dije que leyera el anincio de Expedia y d e muy mala manera me contesto que ya sabia que decia, y que solo era uno. Me dijo como em burla que asi era y que si queria tomara un uber o que pagara 480 pesos si queria el servicio de taxi de ellos. Pesima experiencia en el Front desk en el check in. Lo unico que lo salva es la maravillosa atencion del restaurante y el desayuno muy bueno. Espero corrijan a su personal. Y respeten lo publicado en Expedia. Y si, me regrese en uber al aeropuerto.

Se negaron a darme la cancelación aún cuando marque y dijeron que lo harían. Culparon a la página cuando la página se puso en contacto con ellos aprobando el reembolso

It looks like a new hotel, very bright , clean , the beds are super confy, give it a 10 no doubt , it's a great little hotel, from the outside it looks beautiful. The pictures that they show on the web, are exactly how the hotel is, highly recommended 👌 👍 👏
