O Staf do Hotel é excelente. Tive contratempo com minha bolsa pessoal - esqueci no veículo que me deixou no Hotel e foram extremamente atenciosos comigo. Ajudaram em tudo que precisei até reaver minha bolsa. Sou eternamente grata pelo atendimento dispensado e sempre que estiver em Guará ficarei lá!!!
