De centrale ligging in het knopennetwerk en de ruime parking.

Het ontbijt was aan de sobere kant gezien de prijs. De fietsenstalling is een oude garage niet voorzien voor opladen van E-bikes.

Rustig gelegen, in een parkachtige omgeving. Geen geluidsoverlast van buiten en ook niet van andere kamers. De receptie is in de avond en nacht onbemand en er is geen winkel en slechts één restaurant op makkelijke loopafstand. Er is wel een automaat voor snacks en essentials. Het ontbijt is prima.

Airco is weinig subtiel en nogal lawaaierig, maar je kunt een raam open laten voor koeling.

bellissima villa con grande giardino in un quartiere ricco di verde e molto elegante. Non comodo al centro di Gent ma se questo non è un problema, consigliatissima
