Pobyt w hotelu nie spełnił oczekiwań. Przez dwa dni w obiekcie odbywały się nocne głośne imprezy, które uniemożliwiały odpoczynek i sen, mimo zgłaszania problemu w recepcji. Dodatkowo pierwszy przydzielony pokój nie był zgodny z ustaleniami (brak balkonu) i dopiero po interwencji został zmieniony. Niestety nawet po zmianie warunki nie były komfortowe. Całość pobytu odbiegała od standardu spokojnego noclegu.
