Nous avons adoré l'endroit et tout le personnel etait serviable et souriant, un merci spécial a Loucas et Katia qui ont été des amours.Si nous revenons dans la région ce sera sans hésitation à cet hôtel.

"Wspaniały widok na zamek, doskonała lokalizacja, bawarski styl"

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu. Widok z okna wprost na bajkowy zamek i duży balkon to zdecydowany atut, tak było w pokoju romantycznym. Znajomi mieli większy pokój ale bez takiego widoku. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, czysto, spokojnie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadania pyszne, duży wybór. Można było zrobić sobie herbatkę lub kawkę w pokoju gościnnym, wyjść z kawką na taras ogólny. Blisko do zamków, jeziora i innych atrakcji. Parking na wprost hotelu po drugiej stronie ulicy, z balkonu autko cały czas na oku. Na dwie lub trzy doby, super miejsce.

Tak jest w wielu obiektach o ograniczonych możliwościach konstrukcyjnych, ale jednak czuję potrzebę, by to napisać - pokój na drugim piętrze, brak windy, walizki ciężkie, piszę o tym, ponieważ osoby o ograniczonej mobilności mogą mieć kłopot wtargać je na górę i potem znieść ciężary na dół. Nie ma też klimatyzacji, co w takim pokoju na poddaszu w gorące dni nie sprzyja relaksowi. Podczas naszego pobytu, choć nie było gorąco, wiatraczek był uruchamiany.

"Lovely place near the castles."

It is a very nice place, with nice views from room balcony. Very near castles and Alpsee lake, with hiking trails. I also liked the breakfast, which had enough choice.

"Beautiful view to mountains and Schloss Neuschwanstein"

Location was great. Hotel is located in the middle of village. Beautiful view to mountains and Schloss Neuschwanstein from the balcony.

No centralized air conditioning (AC). Room was very hot during day and night.

Bedienung sehr freundlich. Zimmer klein und funktionell. Aber sehr warm. Bei 32 Grad unterm Dach ohne Klimaanlage.
