"A little oasis in French countryside."

Lovely room. Great size. Staff very friendly and helpful. Interesting and attractive outside terrace and gardens. Enjoyable bar area with good whisky and free pool table. Decent breakfast.

Not very much to do close by. Beautiful countryside around but no village/town to walk around in the evening for food/drinks. The spa baths available in rooms are an unnecessary addition to the bathrooms. (Although the whole room was very comfortable the pillows were particularly bad/hard. Maybe request an alternative before putting your head down.)
