Hotel Jalisco

I've never felt more welcome in a hotel than here. Every single interaction with staff was warm and genuine, and everyone went out of their way to help us in every way possible. From organising the taxi from the airport, to giving advice on travel to Venice, and welcoming us late and fitting us in for dinner, nothing was too much trouble. As the days went on it was lovely to see the same familiar faces, their hospitality is second to none. The location of the hotel is great for the beach and is just across the road from a bus stop which goes to Venice. The breakfast was also delicious!

Lovely family run hotel with wonderful staff - particularly Nadia and Roberto. I really enjoyed my solo break there. Highly recommend! The hotel is in a great location, a few metres from the beach and a high street with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel.

This place is exceptional for families. I was blown away by their kindness and hospitality. I almost didn’t book it in favour of some of the bells and whistles other places have, but I’m so glad I did. For context, no, it’s not a five star in aesthetics, so if you want that, go elsewhere, but if it’s comfort and kindness you want - great food, convenience and a really good time - this is the place. I have two boys (7 and 9). The 9 year old is autistic and allergic to milk. This usually makes me book self catering which is hard work for me. But I took a chance. They couldn’t have been better. Every morning, soya milk was on the table. They cooked mussels - Oliver’s favourite, with no dairy. This made him happy and so he ate all four courses (food can be a struggle). He felt safe and happy and therefore so did I. I could relax. Every day was a happy one. The beach is great, the food is plentiful and the people (my boys loved the girls in the restaurant - we all did!) are wonderful. I needed a cab to the airport and it was sorted in minutes. The aircon wasn’t working, and the grandad of the family had it sorted in minutes. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for a great holiday and thank you for being such a lovely family. I really mean it ❤️😊 Also, super close to the water park which the kids loved (10 min walk!) I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

The Hotel Jalisco was a perfect place to stay for a family holiday. It was clean, bright and welcoming. The staff were exceptional and were always incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our time here.
