Az ágy rövid, a matrac nem az igazi

Tisztaság, kommunikáció a szállásadóval, elhelyezkedés. Ugyanaz a reggeli, de minőségi jó alapanyagok. Lazac is volt minden nap.Kèrtünk egy plusz párnát, abban is segítettek :)

A szobában nem volt hűtőszekrény, bár a recepción használhattunk egy kisebb borhűtő szekrényt...

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The location is amazing, few meters from the beach and the main promenade. Beach service included. The breakfast was standard and alright. The pillow was actually one of the best hotel pillows! The hotel would have a great potential but...

I booked a double room with private balcony but got an "upgrade" to a suite: *The room was on the top floor just under the roof - it was unbearably hot and the A/C had to run all day. The nights were also very uncomfortable. *We were supposed to have an in-room balcony; instead, we were offered to use the roof (not a proper terrace) accessible to everyone. *No elevator access to the room as described - luckily no issue for us. *The room cleaning consists of making bed and changing towels. The floors were not done over 6 days. I also saw the same bird feather in the hallway over multiple days. *The bedsheets were clean but had holes in them. *The mattress was really bad and worn out. *Lots of small damages all around the room (floors, windows, bathroom, wardrobe). *No fridge - this shouldn't be optional at these temperatures. *The hotel seems to have a bug problem.

Bonjour, Je tiens à préciser que la réponse de l’hôtel est mensongère. Nous sommes arrivés un mardi, et non en raison d’une prétendue tempête “Iido du jesolo” qui, de toute façon, n’a même pas eu lieu le vendredi. Il s’agit clairement d’un établissement tenu par des manipulateurs et des menteurs. Nous avons été très mal accueillis dans un endroit extrêmement sale, à l’odeur insupportable, avec une climatisation hors service depuis le début du séjour et un Wi-Fi inexistant. J’ai passé les pires vacances de ma vie à cause de cet hôtel, et je n’y remettrai jamais les pieds. Je vous conseille de faire preuve de prudence : cet établissement est prêt à tout pour arriver à ses fins, au mépris total des clients et de la vérité.

Fridge is not available in the room

Perfect location for beach and dining out. Lovely young and helpful lady at reception. Easy parking.

Should be a shelf in the bathroom to store the toothpaste etc.
