Hotel je umístěn na náměstí, cca 2km od vlak nádraží - jezdí bus do města, relativně klidné místo, hotel je starší stavba i vybavení tomu odpovídá, ale majitelé dělají co mohou, aby se zde host cítil dobře.

pokoj byl vybaven přenosným el.radiátorem, nicméně jeho výkon nedokázal vytvořit tepelnou pohodu v pokoji - pro milovníky chladnějších prostor ideální. pokoj byl oddělen od sousední společné koupelny tenkou příčkou, takže v noci je používání společné koupelny ostatními hosty hotelu velmi rušivé.
