Obsługa recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna. Podobnie w restauracji i kawiarni. Przestronny pokój i łazienka. Obfite i różnorodne śniadania.

Małe okna dachowe w pokoju na ostatnim piętrze. Niemiły pan w spa. Mało miejsca w restauracji przy części ze szwedzkim stołem, problem z płynnością gości którzy się nie mieszczą.

Duży wybór śniadaniowy, na duży plus - soki z marchwi i buraka, chleb na zakwasie. Miła obsługa - recepcja, serwis sprzątający, kelner w kawiarni. Plusem są interwencje panów z obsługi basenowej w saunie - zwracanie uwagi na nieprzestrzeganie regulaminu saunowania (siedzenie w plastikowych strojach kąpielowych). Ciepła woda w basenie.

Hałas jakiejś aparatury hotelowej w pokoju nad restauracją, przeszkadzający w nocy.
