Personnel très accueillant. La fondue fribourgeoise était excellente. Petit déjeuner copieux A 10mn de très belles randonnées dans les pâturages des Pacots

L'accueil, le service petit déjeuner,les grandes marches pour monter Au troisième étage,vu nôtre âge ET la santé de ma sœur et de Mon Mari,les lits, je suis tombée du lit Trop étroit, aucun moyen de vider nos valises à part de tout METTRE Au Sol, demander pour avoir une tranche de pain,de fromage,de jambon EN PLUS.. UNE RÉELLE MENDICITÉ..😡😡 DÉÇUS

Attractive traditional building. Continental style breakfast including local produce. Choice of coffee or variety of teas. Friendly, English speaking staff if you needed help with your French. Tourist Information opposite hotel

Rooms were on top floor and no lift available. Not suitable for elderly and infirm. Rooms could have been cleaner, but bedding and bathroom clean.

Would like more pillows and kettle and hot drinks in room. also the curtains were coming down in room 1

only one pillow. no kettle so unable to make a drink first thing in the morning. no English tv

Only spoke French when it state multiple languages spoken. Bed too hot and only one pillow. Plastic coated mattress protector. No tea/coffee making facilities. No free parking
