Cold water shower, cell like room

Good location, reasonable breakfast, quiet.

It's a very basic hotel, a small, windowless, bare room with little comfort except the bed. Little space to put things, cold water (mostly not a problem as Cartagena is so hot), the electrical sockets were loose. We were really disappointed, but you can actually tell from the photos if you look carefully, which I guess we didn't. The description says there's a garden but I think this is just referring to a few potted plants in the breakfast area photo. It also says there's a terrace. There are no photos of a terrace and we didn't see one except for there being some washing lines on the roof. I don't understand how anyone can describe this hotel as spectacular. Don't overpay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything just a few steps away, to the craft store and the street where it is located is quiet; they were also very kind in storing our bags after check out while we took advantage of the time in the last Activities good breakfast but they should have more options clean and cheap compared to other hotels in the area

Breakfast time is very short in my opinion there is no hot water but I think it is not necessary since it is always hot in the city

It’s well located and easy to get to different places walking

Beds were too hard

Breakfast was adequate What really impressed me was the service Excellent Provided breakfast for 2 days to a guest from another hotel travelling with us at NO COST 🙏🏾🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 The front desk was excellent in every respect We arrived at almost 11 pm and was lost in the vicinity but the manager walked to the spot we were located at and brought us to the hotel

No hot water Only a thin sheet to cover Poor signage Could not find the hotel easily Musty odour Could do with air fresheners

I confirmed in the morning about my arrival, they reply saying they were expecting me.... when I arrived, they just said at the reception that my reservation was cancelled.... no explanation, no answers no nothing.... WOWWW terrible..... reception lady just help and find a different hotel near by..... NEVER IN THAT HOTEL AGAIN
