Atendimento muito ruim. O anúncio diz claramente que aceitam pets, porém, segundo a proprietária, aceitam mas tem que pedir permissão primeiro e, somente nos quartos que eles escolhem. Me cobraram 80,00 a mais pela diária de um shitzu de 2 meses de idade, sem contar que, após eu sair da acomodação, ficou me ligando pedindo pix e falando que ia cancelar a reserva imediatamente se eu não respondesse. A hospedagem NÃO É EM JUQUEHY conforme diz o anúncio, fica 20 minutos depois, numa rua completamente esburacada, alagada e de acesso muito difícil. Se você não tiver um SUV, vai passar raiva. Os quartos fedem mofo e as instalações são precárias. Atendimento precário com instalação precária = dor de cabeça no seu fim de semana. Não volto!
