Bardzo czysto, relatywnie cicho zarówno z zewnatrz jak i z wewnatrz, wygodny zamykany parking,

Brak netflixa, brak w kuchni ekspresu do kawy, zestawu startowego typu herbata , kawa, cukier. Ogrzewanie wyłączane centralnie na dzień co skutkowało chłodem.
