They refused to give the rooms we payed for on booking.com and gave them for bigger price we had to pay in cash. None of the booked rooms were cleaned for long time. There were poop stains on the toilet and soap paper and used teethbrush remnants in bathroom. We used our own sleeping bags instead of dirty blankets

Good location for trekking in Kerinci. Coffee and tea in the room.

Bathroom sink was really dirty. Didn't look like in the pictures at all. Room had no windows.
