Landhaus Lührmann

The location is excellent, especially for cross-country skiing lovers. The view from the room over the valley to Planai was magnificent. Breakfasts and dinners are tasty. The best side of our stay was the crew. All were friendly, helpful, and responsive - e.g., we wanted to share one dinner, and it was absolutely no problem. Much appreciated. Also, the sauna, steambath, and indoor pool were excellent. Even though the house was full, the wellness area was spacious enough. We loved the fact that the whole wellness space, including the pool, is naturist-friendly. Fresh sauna towels were served every day.

Only one minor complaint goes to beds. The mattresses were already somewhat worn out. Nothing serious, we slept well nonetheless.

An exceptionally well maintained and truly delightful 'resort'. The family who own the property are very warm and friendly, their son also provided a lot of really useful advice about exploring the region. While their culinary fare is traditional Austrian, they went out of their way to provide vegan options for breakfast even though we hadn't requested it (but was much appreciated!). Everything was top notch - quality of the facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, service, general atmosphere, etc. Highly recommended.

A kettle in the room would have been nice, although the owners are available and happy to provide hot tea and drinks when requested at no extra charge.

Fantastic family hotel close to Schladming and Planai ski slopes. Catering was delicious every day, spa facilities nice and clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and staff very friendly. Also views from the hotel are stunning. Definitely a place to return.

Ski buses down to Schladming / Planai are not very convenient (which is not a fault of the hotel itself). One meal only do not provide a vegan or food-intolerance option.
