Kambaryje specifinis nemalonus kvapas nuo baldų kiekvieną kartą užėjus, labai smarkiai reikalauja remonto, vonia lūžtanti- dušas kemšasi, vamzdžiai reikalauja dėmesio- kanalizacijos kvapas san.mazgo, neišvalyta kruopščiai, kvepėjo tik spinta prie išėjimo durų, kur kabinti laiko rūbams…

Amazing view from the balcony! Unfortunately, there was no coffee table or chair to enjoy it. The breakfast options and variety were nice.

Many amenities were old or not working properly, bathrobes were torn and worn out and the rooms were not very clean. The shower in one of our room was broken and the service in the breakfast area was neither supportive nor friendly. Each morning guests were rushed to eat quickly, even though many tables were empty or it's still breakfast hours. For the sake of basic etiquette, please train your staff not to remove plates and cups while guests are still eating or drinking. People should be able to enjoy their coffee to the last sip without feeling pressured and considering this is a SPA, where guests come to relax and recharge. The pool area was also old and not very clean. Overall, the price range is not aligned with the quality provided. I would strongly suggest considering other options in Druskininkai.

Spa area was fairly good. The rooms are clean. Friendly staff.

The noise is poorly isolated. Constant banging throughout the day.
