Beautiful resort, well maintained and very good food, plenty and quite varied.

Staff quite abrupt and stand offish with guests. Their booking.com advertising is not clear that the hotel all inclusive package does not in fact include a private beach with all inclusive facilities (sun lounges, umbrellas, drinks and snacks) as all inclusive packages normally mean! This is very misleading for booking customers. We stayed 6 nights and we had only ONE bottle of water provided in the room. I have never been to an ALL inclusive hotel and had the fridge empty - because no soft drinks, beer or water were provided in the room (on a daily basis). This is not at all a cheap hotel (we paid almost 3000 Euro (for 3 rooms for 6 nights) and the hotel has great potential, however, in my view has a few important aspects to address: firstly, the customer service, followed by having clear expectations regarding guests’s behaviours in the common areas (who were speaking loudly, smoking in non-smoking areas, dressing in shorts at dinner etc.). More so, provide at least water in the room on a daily basis; provide sun lounges, beach towels, drinks on the beach - or do not advertise your services as all inclusive, hotel and beach.

The design of the hotel. The vegetation. Daniel the bartender, nice guy who knows how to speak with the guests. Front desk employees.

The location on the hill. The garbage cans next to the hotel. It stinks and the road gets sticky from the garbage, disgusting. The entrance to the hotel is hidden. The parking staff look at you like you don't want to pay. Arogant clean shaved bartender. He doesn't know his place. Disgusting and arrogant, uncivilized Russians. Ukrainians are not really different. The food is a disaster. Same repetitive crap. Seafood means seashells and that's about it. Never again in Bulgaria. Bye
