Peaceful location 2 min walk to beach for sunrise not far from santiago pier Hot water Excellent breakfast (omelet,pancake,fruit,toast)Owner pleasant and speaks some english

Fair way from san pedro pier a few close restaurants Wrong info on Xela buses given not from square but from san pedro road (at jxn with rd to mercado municipal) at 10.30

Felix and Rosalia were so lovely! The breakfast was included and was amazing, eggs and avocado toast every day and coffee. The location was good, it was away from the centre but not having to walk up the huge hill.

The room was quite basic but we knew this when we booked and the pillow a bit hard but it was definitely value for money especially with the breakfast.
