Well the location was decent. The staff was attentive.

I rented a jacuzzi room for a get out of town trip with my husband because we had no children for the night. The room was within sight of the office and cameras. The jacuzzi leaked ALL OVER. Soaked my husband's luggage bag. Also the roaches were big. Wasn't aware they were there until the room flooded. Went to relocate rooms and the only other jacuzzi room was WAY in the back by the weekly rentals and the folks all hanging out eyeballing us made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked to have a refund and the lady was professional but said she was still new and didn't know how to refund yet. My husband ended up talking with a manager over zoom and he was told we would have to wait for the next business day for refund.

bugs crawling all over the place asked to be switched to a different room and was told there was none but the parking lot was barely full

Locked out when returned putting someone else on my roo? Would not change my stay after didn't want after 3 hours never in room. Made to pay I went out to clubs since original event downsized. Ce back late with my room occupied, gave me another after half hour of confusion and nobody in office. Worse experience ever as a guest.
