"Amazing, accommodating, and worth the stay"

I loved the staff as they where very helpful and accommodating. The coffee shop also has amazing service as well as really good espresso and cappuccinos.

I have no negative thing about this hotel.

Our room was lovely ! Huge and comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful ! The secure parking was great. A very nice stay after a day of driving!

Beautiful rooms and courtyard.

Ciudad has lots of barking and stray dogs. Walking our dog was a bit stressful

"the hot water was not hot enough and even though we put toilet paper in the bin the toilet kept plugging."
