Brickhouse Loft - a boutique hotel

Convenient, very clean, everything you need, very responsive to any questions

Brickhouse Loft is a beautifully restored building. We really appreciate the security measures taken to allow us to enter whether staff is present or not. Codes are sent in advance and expire when we leave. So smart. We've stayed here multiple times and appreciate this little gem of a boutique hotel.

We stayed in a room we had not been assigned to before. It was great that it was on the first floor, but the bed was not comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a concert in downtown Indy, and this property was just a short commute to Lucas Oil Stadium. The room had lots of space and was very clean. We enjoyed the included coffee and snacks! The check in process was seamless and we had no problems getting into the unit. Downtown Martinsville was only a block away, so it was definitely walkable! Will definitely stay again if visiting the Indianapolis area!

Clean, modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel provided snacks (cereal bars, muffins...) outside the room in the kitchen area.

No bottled water in room or in the kitchen area outside the room. We were on the first floor and we could hear the room above us. The first night was quiet and comfortable. The second night the guests above us were really loud, laughing and shouting, multiple people in the room until midnight or so. Then heavy feet and furniture dragging across floor at 7 am.

Fantastic. More than I expected.

The place was great. The only thing I would say was missing was tea bags. There was coffee but no tea and I only drink tea.

Very clean and relaxing! Attention to details! Elegant and quant! Towels smelled fresh and clean! Very quiet. Felt I was at a spa for rest and relaxation! Enjoyed my stay!
