Caribe Town Bungalows

What a magical experience! From before check in to checkout we were treated like family! Karilily made sure we were able to park our car and enjoy lunch and beach across the street before our bungalow was ready. When we arrived, we were greated by Alean (I hope I am spelling your name correctly!) and she was so kind, knowledgeable about the property and had great recommendations for things to do! Our bungalow was perfect. From our hammock we saw so much wildlife including an armadillo, baby sloth (in one of the trees), lots of frogs and birds, and so much more! The two resident dogs are alsoso sweet! The included breakfast was delicious. One of the mornings Joel made huevos rancheros! It was delicious and really humbling to see the owner helping out (not something you see too often). The regular cook was amazing! Every day we had a 5 star fresh breakfast. I really enjoyed talking with Alean and getting to know her story!! There was a staff member from California who was also super kind and helpful and I don’t remember her name but thank you so much for everything also! We will miss this magical paradise and hope to return soon! About 5 minutes down the road there is a new disc golf course and a family of monkeys live in the tree. So cool! Thank you for ending our honeymoon in the most magical way!

Beautiful little tranquil place with a few little bungalows hidden away in the trees. Lovely bar area and small pool. A short walk to the sea. We had a sloth in the tree close to our bungalow a few times and lots of hummingbirds buzzing around. Staff were all lovely and really helpful. Couples massage was amazing. Breakfasts are incredible!

Nothing

So many wild animals on our doorstep including a baby sloth. The owners have created a wonderful environment to organically attract wild animals to the place. Loved the personal touch from the owners and staff always on hand to help out with maintenance issues and have a chat with us at the bar. The yoga studio was a great added bonus for a relaxing stay. Rooms very comfortable and we slept beautifully. Magic of the place is being woken in the morning by the sounds of birds and animals. Feel like you are in the jungle but also in close proximity to town and beaches. Will be back!

Not many cheap eats in the area. But cannot fault the property at all.

Fabulous grounds, lots of wildlife set back from the road. Really friendly and helpful owners and delicious breakfasts . The private huts were great

Excellent location, beautiful facilities, lots of trees.

Firstly, we loved this place so much we decided to book for a longer stay and return. Karilily and Joel have created such a lovely, welcoming place. The bungalows are cute, the breakfasts are exceptional (thank you Joel for our favourite specials, no other huevos rancheros can compare) and location and local recommendations made our stay. Would love to stay forever!!
