Bardzo duży pokój (nawet z szafą) z dużą ładną łazienką (odgrodzony prysznic), Kolacja i śniadanie OK.

Poza miastem na wzgórzu z trudnym dojazdem. Trochę chłodno na początku.

En general todo muy bien, quizás mejorar detalles de pintura y humedad. El chef de la tarde muy amable y atento además cocina delicioso

Todo muy bien. Limpio y cómodo. Comida bien. Bonita decoración.

No pone agua de botella en la habitación.

Nice overall decor like some old English castle; sort of Harry Potter and Game of Thrones fusion ambience. This is the highlight of this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff especially Richard whom seems to be everywhere addressing your needs. It was a pleasant stay here with nice comfortable rooms and although without AC (don't need one as it is already so cold there). Nice clean toilets with modern fittings and centralized hot shower. The view from lobby and even from the rooms was spectacular. Food was good too , although its a set order instead of buffet, the quantity was sufficient and delicious. Not too far from town (about 2km) and the hotel can arrange for a tuk tuk for you at the best local rate (almost close to pickme rate). They assisted for pack breakfast for us on the day we departed as we needed to catch a train at 6am.

Nothing actually but if I had to say something, the road leading to the hotel was bad ( last 100meters) due to an apartment construction next to the hotel. I was told they are planning to repair the road soon, hopefully its completed soon. One tip, there is a side entrance (at the carpark) which you will see first but that requires you to climb a flight of steep steps to reach the lobby, but actually you need to drive around to reach directly to the lobby without these steps .

View from the room was great. Room was very large staff were very accommodating

Road to it wasn’t great so driver struggled to get there. There was a dog at another property outside who barked a lot at night unfortunately but not the hotel’s fault.

The breakfast was one of the best we had during our stay at Sri Lanka and the staff was very friendly.

The property feels abandoned. The location is hard to get and the hotel seems to be under construction.

Loved the room. Friendly staff. Food was delicious.

Better to have more food options. Garden needed more landscapes.
