Hotel y habitaciones preciosas. Muy buen servicio y atención. Muy recomendable.

La única pega que puedo poner, y es algo que ya sabía antes de ir, es que la ubicación no es céntrica y necesitas un medio de transporte para llegar.

The food was decent and the chef was really nice

Where to start… Firstly, if you’re going to build a hotel in an English-style climate, you should remember to build with that in mind and INSULATE. This was the coldest, dampest, darkest most desolate place I’ve ever stayed in. The decor was weird and super depressing. The cold was unbearable. They did give us heaters, but these promptly melted the sockets they were plugged into and almost started a fire in the night. They also told us that the cold was to be expected - we are from the UK, trust me we are used to cold…. But this was next level. There were cracks in the windows, under the doors and the driver accommodation room was pretty much flooded, so our driver had to sleep in the car. How this hotel gets such good reviews, I’ve no idea because it’s absolutely awful. We didn’t agree that the cost of the room was worth what we got (in any way, faaaaar too expensive) and they gave us a small discount after a lot of back and forth, but even what we paid was a rip off. Easily one of the worst stays of my life.

Worth for money.

The room was really dark and didn’t look like the pictures. There was only one window on one side—maybe they gave us a specific one that’s different.

The staffs were very helpful on our stay , the accommodation feels like a fortress,

La strada per arrivarci non é nelle condizioni migliori e l'hotel é fuori dal centro La stanza era molto umida e veramente fredda (siamo stati a Nuwara in un giorno di pioggia dove c'erano 17 gradi)

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und bemüht. Wir durften dort 2 mal zu Abend essen und frühstücken und es hat immer alles wunderbar geschmeckt.

Leider war es draußen sehr kalt und die Tür zum Balkon nicht ganz dicht. Daher mussten wir uns zum Schlafen eine Schicht mehr anziehen 😀

This is very cozy place with a feeling of a modern castle. Rooms are large and comfortable, water is hot, they have mobile heating unit if u get too cold (and you most probably will). Food was very nice too, we’ve enjoyed it.

As an advice, not a complain - it would be 100 times better if there is an actual fireplace. It would be very cozy to drink a cup of tea and sit in the lobby near the fire with a book.

Service was very good, friendly staff. Food was good. Location was what we needed.

They had not provided bath room mat. This ended up wet room.

Personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. C’était confortable. Le petit déjeuner anglais est copieux.
