Gracious helpful hostess. Lina made my stay a beautiful one. The breakfast that she prepared for me was amazing. She home makes her pastries. Lina made me cappucino every morning and gave me terrific ideas on places to go and see. Helped me with maps and directions. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The hotel itself is a little dated but Lina is working on giving things a little facelift. Regardless, it felt like home. The off street parking was close and safe. As a solo traveler I felt safe all the time. It is car dependent. It is close to Gallipoli but not walking distance.

I was there OFF SEASON, so this may not apply during the summer. There is not a lot to do in Mancaversa. Most of the places were closed. Lina told me they usually don't open until 1 Jun. Since most everything was closed there was no place to walk to.
