Super Lage, lecker Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Freundlich hell und sauber. Das Parkhaus Staatsgalerie (5min zu Fuss) kann man vorab online reservieren.

Matratze war uns zu hart. Zimmer war uns zu warm - wir schafften es nicht die Heizung zu reduzieren. Freistehende Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang - wir hatten Mühe da unfallfrei zu Duschen und bemühten uns sehr den Rest des Badezimmers trocken zu halten.

The property is well located and breakfast is very good.

I stayed a another time in this hotel and the room I got this time was substantially inferior than the room I got before. When asked in reception they mentioned that the rooms are at the same category but have different themes. It was a very disappointing experience to be fair. Another point is the invoice service, this is the 2nd time I check out and I was informed that the invoices would be sent by email, and the 2nd time that I have to keep requesting that the invoices are sent. I still didn’t get them.

Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen des Personals. Die Lage ist super.

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet war diesmal nicht mehr so gross wie sonst. Das Büffet war sehr gut, aber eben weniger Auswahl.
