Il ristorante dell'hotel ci ha ampiamente ripagato dopo un ultimo tratto di strada non ottimale. È stato fantastico: l'accoglienza è stata sollecita, la cena è stata a dir poco "stellare". L'indomani, parlando con il titolare della struttura nonché chef, abbiamo capito la vera ricetta del posto: una storia di passione, bravura e imprenditorialità, condita da gioventù e gentilezza!
