Frábær morgunverður, hlaðborðið frábært, gott kaffi og hröð þjónusta. Spa aðstaðan var mjög góð. þægilegt og afslappað andrúmsloft. Góð frí bílastæði við hótelið. EInstaklega vinalegt og skemmtilegt starfsfólk leitt af mjög góðum "host" hótelstjóra.

Staðsetning við umferðargötu, hefur bæði neikvæðar og jákvæðar afleiðingar. Umferð er töluverð að næturlagi og veldur hávaða í herbergjum sem snúa að götunni. Á hinn bóginn er stutt að labba í strætó sem hentar vel fyrir gesti í skíðaskóm.

The location. The staff are first-rate. Good food and an exceptionally well run hotel.

Everyone was warm and welcoming — from our first interaction with the receptionist to the waiters and housekeeping staff. We stayed during the ski season and the location was perfect: right between Saalbach and Hinterglemm. In the mornings, the hotel shuttle takes you to the slopes every 15 minutes. Alternatively, there’s a public ski bus that runs every 20 minutes, with the stop just 50 meters from the hotel. The lifts are only about a 5-minute drive away. The food was excellent, especially dinner. Every evening there were three different dinner options to choose from, and all of them were consistently delicious.
