"Good location."

It is one corner from the metro station, there are many shops, a small market, and dining options in the area. Clean, comfortable accommodation, at a reasonable price. We reached all attractions in the city on foot.There is an electric kettle, mugs and a fridge in the room.

We needed one night before an early bus to Yerevan. The hotel is simple, our room was tiny, but anyway we got all we needed - bed and shower. And a working AC! So the price was fair.

Not an issue, simply note that there’s no elevator and the staircase is narrow. You can leave the bags at the first floor.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. They provided us with extra blanket and complimentary coffee. AC was working perfectly which was a must for +30C°

I did not enjoy the black mold on the shower sink. But it happens in Tbilisi sometimes. Upon arrival we also had an opened used bar of soap sitting in the shower. And used slippers left at the closet :(
