The place is new, high quality facilities, the view is very beautiful and the hotel is in a lovely area, managed by Maria, her husband and their daughters, the spa is luxurious and special, the breakfast is good

The room is cold at night and you can't heat it because the heating is central but not enough. There is no counter service in the evening and there is no one to turn to if you need anything

The staff were lovely and the hotel itself has a lot to offer. It has beautiful scenery and a wellness center that has multiple pools, spas and even a restaurant. A great place to stay if you want to relax.

The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the room we were given. We booked a double room with lake view and got a room on the side of the building which wasn’t what was shown when booking the room on bookings.com.
