We appreciated the quality of the bed, the spacious shower, and the presence of a small refrigerator in the room. We also found it commendable that the spa offered bathrobes in a wide range of sizes, including up to 5XL.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and far below the standards one would expect from a four-star property. A strong sewage smell was present throughout the hotel’s communal areas, including the corridors, spa area, and even along the passage leading to the restaurant, which can only be reached by walking through the spa area. This created a persistently unpleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The terrace furniture in the room felt cheap and impractical. Equally disappointing was the reception staff: during our four-day stay, they did not greet us a single time, which is clearly unacceptable for a hotel presenting itself as four-star. Several basic amenities normally associated with a four-star hotel were also missing — no slippers or bathrobes were provided in the room, and throughout our four-night stay our glasses were never washed or replaced. Overall, the hotel feels significantly overpriced. In reality, it corresponds more closely to a modest two- to three-star standard, whilst charging prices comparable to those of a genuine four-star hotel, both for the rooms and the restaurant.

Estancia del sábado 2 de mayo 2026 al domingo 3. Veinticuatro horas de relax en un lugar tranquilo con vistas excepcionales y parking. Las instalaciones están bien. Aún no hacía buen tiempo para estar en las tumbonas de la terraza, pero en verano debe ser fantástico. Y el masaje de piedras fue tan estupendo que mi marido desea repetir cuanto antes. Desayuno estupendo. La habitación, agradable, confortable, amplia, con caja fuerte...

El restaurante: bien, sin tirar cohetes, ya que los precios son altos. Algo alucinante fue el camarero ya que, de pronto desapareció sin decir nada, y no teníamos nadie que atendiera la mesa. Luego mi marido lo vio yéndose con su mochila. El cuarto de baño tiene sus "peros", ya que no a todo el mundo le gusta lavarse los dientes o lo que sea delante de su pareja y solo la ducha y el inodoro tenían privacidad y puerta.
