Location

Everything: we booked a standard double, bed was king size, but there were two mattresses. We told the lady at reception, she said the other guests didn't check out in time so they couldn't offer another room with a double mattress. It was too hot in the hotel, and in our room too. The receptionist was rude, so we checked out earlier, the same evening that we checked in. Terrible experience.
