Very cosy. Staff went over and above to help plan hikes. Their knowledge of local area helped so much.

The room is super clean and spacious. The location is perfect, just 3 mins walk from 350/360 bus stop Predes. You'll be able to enjoy the stunning view of surrounding mountains and village without doing anything, just standing on the hotel's big balcony. The host/hostess are very friendly, they packed sandwiches for us to take out when we have to leave early the next morning to catch an early train. Martina is very knowledgeable, she gave us and everyone in the breakfast room suggestions about the restaurants and hiking trails, which is especially helpful during the shoulder season while many Rifs/lifts/buses are not open yet.

The setting, with views and open space around it. The rooms were modern and very functional and a good size. Family run, very comfortable. Windows and balconies!

Only wished for fresh fruit at breakfast, that’s it!

Our extended stay was definitely delightful. The room and bath were spacious and extremely clean. Room was soundproof. Excellent water pressure. Location was convenient to eateries and walking trails. It was easy to find. Parking free. Host and hostess friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a nice selection.

Great location in Selva. Easy access to great hikes and sites in Val Gardena. Clean, comfortable and helpful hosts.

The Hotel Owner Couple are genuinely nice. Martina provided me very good advice every day during my stay, she also marked the attractions and the route on map, this helped me a lot. Also, the room is big, the bathroom is big too, and clean. Breakfast is good. Their service is excellent. My wife and I are very happy.
