"O oaza de sanatate cu aer curat si relaxare pentru cei care iubesc natura."

Hotelul aproape de gara, parcul central, centrul vechi, cladiri cu valoare istorica, fantana Sentinela constructie din 1896 (in renovare), Hotel Cembra (1895) in momentul de fata este in litigiu si este stare deplorabila etc. centre comerciale aproape de hotel silva si aerul ozonat din zona parcului te revigoreaza.

Curatenie in hotel Silva, mai ales in exterior, schimbat covorul dupa primul rand de trepte care duc spre receptia hotelului. Curatenie pe balcoanele aferente camerelor. La intrarea in restaurantul hotelului curatenie cu mai mult simt de raspundere. Hotelul nu are lift( 4 etaje), cu alte cuvinte RENOVARE interior/exterior si un lift exterior.
