The hospitality, food, cocktails, setting, location, and room were all spectacular. The heated indoor pool was also perfect to enjoy after hiking during the day.

Amazing facilities in a gorgeous pastoral yet mountainous setting. Quiet, away from the crowds, yet so easy to reach because of the excellent bus service throughout the valley. The sauna, steam rooms, pool, and hot tubs are included in the price, along with half board (breakfast and dinner). Fine dining, with excellent service and truly delicious original meals.

I have no complaints about the property. I would warn that people with walking difficulties should arrange for a ride from the town centre up the steep hill to the property. I believe the hotel has a shuttle service, though we did not use it.

Exceptional, from the welcome to departure, attention to detail in everything they do makes the customer service memorable. Food is divine, beautifully presented. All the staff couldn’t do enough for you, we really appreciated it. Made our holiday soo memorable, thank you soo much.

Die fantastische Aussicht und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeitenden waren besonders. Der neue Poolbereich war auch sehr schön. Das Essen war wunderbar sowohl für den Gaumen als auch für das Auge. Hervorzuheben ist auch der hauseigene engagierte Shuttle Dienst zum Skilift.

Der Stilmix ist etwas speziell, aber es ist ein familiäres gewachsenes Haus, das macht es ja auch sympathisch.

Lokalita je trochu vzdálenější od centra, nicméně lze dojít pěšky, zptáky však do prudkého kopce. Perfektně fungující hotelový skibus. Jídlo výborné, dostatečné množství. K dispozici také odpolední snack. Personál vždy ochotný, příjemný, občasný proiblém s angličtinou. Mluví převážně italsky a německy. Do wllness je nutné se objednávat den předem. Veliká lyžárna , k dispozici stojan s vysoušením lyžařských bot. Dostatek parkovacích míst. Location: The hotel is a bit further from the center. It’s within walking distance, but be prepared for a steep uphill climb on the way back. Transport: The hotel ski bus works perfectly. Food: Excellent food in sufficient quantities. There is also an afternoon snack available. Staff: Always helpful and pleasant. There can be an occasional language barrier with English, as they primarily speak Italian and German. Facilities: Large ski storage room with a heated boot rack. Plenty of parking spaces available. Wellness: Note that you need to book your wellness session a day in advance.

Wi-Fi: The signal is weak and not suitable for streaming. Room Amenities: There is no electric kettle, tea, or instant coffee provided in the room. Wellness Layout: There is no toilet directly inside the wellness area; it is located out in the hallway.

The staff were all incredible. Dinner was great every night, loads of variety and very high quality. The hotel is a little far from the main lifts but this was never an issue as Tibi was always on hand with the shuttle bus.

I found that the rooms could be a little noisy, but that could be because I'm a super light sleeper.
