"Прекрасна почивка в гората над язовир Батак."

Чисто, поддържано стаи, спа, общи части. Прекрасна и поддържана градина, вкусна храна и на закуска, и на вечеря в хубав ресторант. Приветлив и любезен персонал.

Единствено не ми допадна, че терасата на стаята е много малка и тясна. Изглед към язовира има само на определени места частично.

Базата на хотела се нуждае от обновяване. В стаята течеше жълта вода и миришеше на мухъл. Помолихме да сменим стаята. Персоналът беше отзивчив, предложиха друга стая, в която също обаче миришеше на мухъл. Напуснахме хотелът разочаровани. Храната също не беше на добро ниво. Беше ни възстановена част от сумата при мое искане
