Paradise SPA Hotel

За първи път отсядаме в хотела и сме изключително очаровани от условията. Няма как да не се спомене голямото разнообразие от ястия на закуска и най-вече на вечеря, всичко беше изпипано до последния детайл. Спа зоната е чиста и поддържана, безплатно могат да се ползват парна баня, турска баня, сауна и басейн, както и релакс зона. Има достатъчно паркоместа пред и около хотела. Със сигурност ще се върнем отново!

В басейна се усеща мирис на хлор, което явно е нужно за доброто поддържане на хигиена. Лично ние нямахме проблеми с това, но мога да си представя, че би било неприятно за хора с респираторни заболявания.

The massages were absolutely incredible—I was completely melting under the therapist’s hands and it was easily the highlight of my stay. The food overall was also delicious.

Unfortunately, there were many downsides that affected the overall experience. Dinner food was sometimes not warm and had a dried-out exterior. The staff lacked basic information, such as whether it was possible to get down near the reservoir. When booking my massage, I asked for a special facial treatment listed as an extra paid service, only to find out it wasn’t available, and the receptionist didn’t even know whether it was offered at all. At dinner, every drink—including water—had to be paid for separately, which was very disappointing and inappropriate. Even worse, guests are held responsible if anything goes missing from their room, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about security and trust in the staff. Many hotel rules and service descriptions were not properly translated into English, despite being presented to international guests. The fruit basket contained fruit that wasn’t fresh, the internet was extremely poor, and without a car it’s almost impossible to go anywhere. While the surrounding nature is beautiful, the infrastructure of Tsigov Tsark is practically nonexistent. There was also no free water in the spa center, forcing guests to buy water from the bar, and this was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in—across Europe and beyond—where even basic drinking water was not included.

Реакцията на персонала при нужда след възникнал проблем по време на престоя. Леглото беше доста удобно. Имаше вкусна и разнообразна храна, както и просторен СПА център с басейн и зона за релакс.

Имаше проблем с водата и нейния цвят, за която ни беше обяснено, че е в целия курорт. От рецепция ни подариха соли за хидромасажната вана като комплимент от хотела.
